Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in purchasing and inventory processes
- Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries and concerns
- Prepare and process purchase orders for brand.
- Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within reasonable timeframe.
- Maintain effective communication with various departments and develop new products.
- Prepare and maintain assortment sheets and sales reports on a regular basis
- Monitor inventory and allocate stocks per store
- Manage reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
- Supervise and monitor all damaged goods and returns by customers.
- Working experience in merchandising
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- BS degree in Business Management, Commerce or related field
