Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in purchasing and inventory processes
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries and concerns
  • Prepare and process purchase orders for brand.
  • Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within reasonable timeframe.
  • Maintain effective communication with various departments and develop new products.
  • Prepare and maintain assortment sheets and sales reports on a regular basis
  • Monitor inventory and allocate stocks per store
  • Manage reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
  • Supervise and monitor all damaged goods and returns by customers.

Job Qualifications

  • Working experience in merchandising
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BS degree in Business Management, Commerce or related field
