Simply log in to your account and select “Orders” in the “My Account” page to view your order and tracking details. If you need any assistance, feel free to email us at hello@paperdolls.ph with your Order Number. We’d be happy to help!
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you decide you want to amend your order, please email us at hello@paperdolls.ph and we will try to accommodate where possible. However, please note that once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any amendments to it. So if you no longer want your item or would like to exchange for something different, kindly wait for the item to be delivered to your address and send it back to us together with the receipt or proof of purchase immediately. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs (non-refundable) of returning your item. (kindly see Returns Policy)
We do not offer discount codes at the moment, however, we do run special promotions through our newsletter and text blast from time to time. If you would like to hear about our promotions, please subscribe to our newsletter in the homepage.
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you are still having problems, contact us at hello@paperdolls.ph

Be sure to check for typos, and/or copy and paste the exact promo code in the PROMO CODE/VOUCHER box on the first page of checkout (when viewing your shopping bag). If your promo code isn’t working, be sure to check the expiration date and that your code is valid for use on the products in your cart.
