Duties and Responsibilities

Product Listing and Merchandising

Listing Management

  • Ensures that product name, description, price, photos, size charts, inventory and other details listed on the websites and e-commerce marketplace channels (Lazada, Zalora, Shopee, BeautyMNL, brand websites, etc) are accurate and optimized for search visibility and user-friendliness
  • Ensures that all items are visible and presented in a visually appealing manner in all channels (store design, product page design, etc are updated and working properly on desktop and mobile)
  • Coordinates with assigned Designers/ Graphics/ Merchandising personnel responsible for any issues

Online Merchandising Management

  • Coordinates with Merchandising regarding replenishment requests for saleable items to minimize lost sales
  • Coordinates with Operations regarding overstock
  • Works with both Merchandising and Operations to ensure optimal stocks to minimize missed opportunities while preventing stock ageing

Online Customer Satisfaction

Store Metrics and Concerns

  • Monitors store metrics such as chat response rate, ship on time rate, cancellation rate, return rate, etc. and relays areas of concern with customer service and operations team
  • Checks customer concerns and addresses major concerns raised via social media messenger, email and chat to give the best possible experience for high-priority customers

Reviews

  • Encourages positive customer reviews on the website and e-commerce marketplaces via Customer Engagement Management tools, email, etc.
  • Ensures that positive reviewers are thanked and negative reviewers are reached out to in order to address their concerns
  • Notes and acts upon important feedback from customers that would require corrective actions such as but not limited to wrong orders, damaged items, product packaging, item defects, late deliveries, etc.

Platform Promo Tools Maximization

  • Ensures participation in promo tools such as but not limited to:
  • Seller picks
  • Product boosting
  • Follower vouchers, search vouchers, campaign vouchers
  • Free Shipping promotions
  • Sponsored Discovery/ Ads
  • Sets up native advertisements on the e-commerce platforms to maximize product page views and visibility
  • Optimizes regularly to minimize costs
  • Store Feed and Customer Chat Broadcasts
  • Regularly sends customer chat broadcasts on available platforms to encourage customers to:
  • Check out added-to-cart items
  • Try out featured products
  • Leave a positive review
  • Know more about ongoing or upcoming promotions

Campaign Management for Online Platforms

  • Develops brand-initiated promotions for the various online platforms in coordination with brand specialists
  • Ensures brand participation in relevant platform-initiated promotions and collections to maximize brand exposure and online sales
  • Coordinates with Lazada, Shopee, Zalora and BeautyMNL account managers assigned for promo participation, brand exposure opportunities and other concerns
  • Works with Digital Marketing Analyst and Creatives to maximize potential for Facebook Collaborative Ads and other Social Media Ads leading to online sales

Partnerships

  • Builds relationship with other companies for brand collaborations such as those for special promotions for credit cards, e-wallet payments, VIP programs and the like

Business Development Analytics

  • Analyzes Sales Reports on a per channel, per category and per product basis and provides suggestions on how to improve sales
  • Analyzes other available information on the website and e-commerce marketplaces such as store traffic, product page views, basket size, add-to-cart conversion and sales conversion
  • Monitors effectiveness of campaigns post-promotion
  • Monitors spending and effectiveness of ad spending from in-platform sponsored ads
  • Summarizes major concerns regarding customer satisfaction on a regular basis, provides constructive suggestions to minimize occurrence of concerns in the future.
  • Works on possible actions to improve sales as well as the other metrics given the available data

New Channel Development

  • Scouts for relevant new sales channels for possible onboarding
  • Seizes or creates new opportunities for marketing our products 

E-commerce

  • Regularly updates design and content of the website, Lazada, Shopee and Zalora (as well as other future e-commerce platforms)
  • Uploads products on the e-commerce platforms
  • Ensures completeness of photos and that necessary product details are applied to product page design

Promotions Management for Online Platforms

  • Develops brand-initiated promotions for the various online platforms
  • Ensures brand participation in relevant platform-initiated promotions and collections to maximize brand exposure and online sales
  • Coordinates with Lazada, Shopee and Zalora account managers assigned for promo participation, brand exposure opportunities and other concerns

E-mail and SMS marketing

  • Regularly creates materials for cascading to email newsletter subscribers
  • Composes and arranges SMS communications for cascading to loyalty members

Partnerships

  • Builds relationship with other companies, stylists and influencers for brand collaborations

Market Research

  • Monitors campaigns and promotional activities of major competitors and produces Competitor Activity Report
  • Conducts consumer surveys/focus group discussions, analyzes data gathered and gives recommendations for future improvement


What are we looking for

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience handling multiple e-commerce channels is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy
  • With attention to detail
  • Fast learner and able to adapt quickly
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Team player
