Duties and Responsibilities
- Determines reasonable sales forecasts and projections for the team
- Conducts training for skills development of assigned staff
- Supervises, guides and motivates sales staff in order to achieve sales quotas
- Monitors the status of assigned stores and the performance of the sales team
- Builds and maintains good working relationships with relevant store staff as well as loyal customers.
- Identifies opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Monitors in-store competitor activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Commerce, Business Management or other related courses
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
