WOMANHOOD

A world without maternal care, a better half’s inspiring support, or a daughter’s naivety is nonviable. We cannot thrive without beauty—and that is the essence of womanhood. But this beauty is not merely aesthetic; it extends beyond body shape, clothing, or makeup. It is a profound blend of gestures, expressions, emotions, and actions—an intangible force that stirs something deep within us.

This Women's Month is the perfect time to celebrate the beauty of women in every stage of life. It’s a chance to honor each woman’s journey, marked by challenges, triumphs, and growth.

Like the changing seasons, every phase brings new roles and transformations, each a testament to the enduring power of womanhood. These seasons serve as a blueprint, a map that acknowledges and celebrates the natural, beautiful changes every woman moves through.

THE MAIDEN

Age group: 25-30s

A phase that embodies innocence, curiosity, and boundless potential. This stage of life represents vitality, experimenting with life, self-discovery and growth. However, with this phase also comes a need for grounding, self-love and nourishment, as she is often vulnerable to doubt and societal pressures.

Expectations from society and personal doubt can often overshadow one's sense of self-worth during this stage. She may second-guess herself, feel unworthy, or doubt her abilities. But external judgments and internal fears should not define her. Instead, she should shift her focus from societal standards to her own values.

Celebrate uniqueness, the impact we have on the world, and the relationships we nurture. Rather than seeking validation from others, we should recognize that worth is not something to be earned or measured—it is inherent in who we are.

During this life stage also comes self-care and exploration, establishing positive habits and nurturing a foundation we can rely on throughout her journey ahead. Enjoying activities like hiking, boxing or even dancing can help balance this life stage’s natural intensity. Developing emotional resilience allows us to grow with confidence and adaptability.

She sees the magic in everything. This is a time for curiosity, creativity, and boundless dreaming—where ideas flow freely, and possibilities feel endless. Write your dreams, make your plans, and embrace your limitless potential.

THE MOTHER

Age group: 31-40s

Motherhood takes many forms. While this stage may make you think of childbearing or devoting oneself to a child, this archetype speaks to all types of creation—it could be a profession, studying, a work of art, a book, anything that allows that energy of birthing something of your own into the world.

However, this time of devotion can often result in forgetting to mother oneself. Amidst all this giving, a woman in this phase must guard against losing herself entirely and learn to balance the needs of others with self-care and mindfulness.

This season is marked by surrender and compassion. During this time, they are trying to strike a balance between fulfilling obligations and having enough time to nurture their health. Consider incorporating shorter rituals like a mindful skin routine, quick bursts of movement, and time in nature. Meditation helps The Mother reconnect with her own needs, while strength training sustains her. This phase is about setting clear boundaries and recognizing that self-care, whether through a long bath or quiet moments alone, is not a luxury but a necessity for sustaining both herself and those she supports.

She is compassionate, protective, nurturing, and big-hearted. While she leads with love and understanding, she is also unwavering in her commitment to getting things done. Building on the energy and enthusiasm from her youth, she transforms youthful idealism into purposeful and focused action.

THE QUEEN

Age group: 41-59s

The Queen represents a woman embracing her inner power and authority. At this stage, with older children or fewer caregiving demands, she can now focus on her personal passions and achievements. She navigates her responsibilities with greater wisdom, guiding others through her lived experiences.

She knows who she is and isn’t afraid to show it. Confident in her worth, she trusts her intuition and calls upon it regularly. She embraces her power and commands respect.

Now is the time to release what no longer serves her, refine her path, and focus on what truly matters. Dance, sing, or find any way to channel emotions into passion. It’s the moment to declutter, negotiate fiercely, uphold boundaries, and create work that is both powerful and authentic.

THE SAGE

Age group: 60s and above

The Sage is a woman of profound wisdom, reflecting a lifetime of experience. No longer bound by the demands of youth, she can turn inward, allowing space for deep understanding, spiritual growth and creativity. Society often frames aging as the end of purpose or vitality, but this stage is living proof that dreams, passion, and impact have no expiration date.

She represents a lifetime of learning, evolving, and leaving a meaningful impact on the world. She reminds us that age is just a number and that each stage of life brings new opportunities for growth, joy, and contribution.

During this phase, The Sage embodies patience and acceptance, sharing her accumulated knowledge with others. With a deep sense of clarity, she offers guidance selflessly, drawing from her own experiences. Having walked many paths, she approaches challenges with wisdom and grace.

Embrace each stage of the journey

As we celebrate women this month, let’s make sure to honor women of all ages in every season.

They reflect boundless potential, nurturing energy, and wisdom. As we move through the stages, we remember to honor the unique gifts each archetype brings, weaving their lessons into a life of depth, purpose, and joy. By practicing mindful self-care and nurturing meaningful connections, we can fully embrace each stage of life—seeing it not as something to fear, but as a journey to cherish.
