How it works?
1. Just choose your preferred size (XS, S, M, L, XL, or XXL)
2. Each box will contain 2 tops and 1 dress from our previous collections
3. Each box is sold at P1,999
4. Given it’s a mystery box, items will vary per purchase and cannot be chosen. They are also packed by random
5. Customer’s request to see the items in the box can’t be granted
6. No return and exchange for any item included in the mystery box
7. Maximum of 2 orders per transaction. If you wish to order more than 2 boxes, you may place a new transaction

I had a concern with one of my mystery box tops having some stains. The customer service responded promptly. They had the damaged item picked up and quickly sent a replacement, at no cost to me. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm also happy now cuz the replacement item is different AND even better than the original so this is a good thing for me. +2 stars for superb customer service and my new blouse!

I bought this on a whim cuz it's a really fun concept and so affordable. I had low expectations kasi i figured it's old stock they are trying to get rid of. Ok lang. the mystery is part of the fun.
When the items came, as expected they were pieces that i'd never seen before on the website or in-store. Out of my 3 items (2 tops, 1 dress), I only liked one. I'm still happy kasi at least one out of 3.
+1 star for affordability
+1 star for the 1 top that I liked
minus 2 stars for the fact that the other top was stained! It had black specks on it which I think comes from storage. I noticed it right as i unboxed it (i have video of it). I emailed PD and hopefully they will agree to an exchange even if the conditions prohibit it. We should be able to exchange for product flaws and defects.
minus 1 star for the quality of the mystery box items. Manipis yung tela. The dress parang lining lang yung tela niya. all 3 felt cheap and cheaply made.
But i guess you get what you pay for.

I'm an avid user of paperdolls! Received my first mystery box, I like the random design however I'm not so fond of sleeveless. But overall, I still like the quality and packaging :-)
Pd's Mystery Box never fails to surprise me. The random dress and tops suit me well. 💟
